Rivabriosa
Rivabriosa originates from the local Ortrugo variety. Bright straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it is savoury and pleasant with a tingling freshness on the tongue. Its elegant effervescence is very well matched with DOP cured meats and combines perfectly with butter and sage ravioli.

Val Tidone: steep slope vineyard facing the east; limestone/marly soils.
Vine variety
Local Ortrugo variety. The vine training system is the simple Guyot with about 5000 stocks per hectare.
Grape harvest
Harvesting is carrier out manually in the middle of September. Only when perfect ripeness is reached, the bunches are collected and selected, ensuring high quality end products.
Yield
The production is limited to 50/60 hl per hectare with appropriate agronomic interventions and, if necessary, a manual thinning of the bunches.
Winemaking
Soft pressing of whole grapes after short maceration in the press and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C.

Bright straw yellow with clear greenish reflections.
Aroma
Distinct floral and herbaceous sensations (acacia flower, erica, rue, glasswort); fruity scent with notes of white peach, white melon, citron, lemon peel; remarkable mineral scents and aromatic nuances.
Flavour
Pleasant, savoury and excellently fresh on the palate. Good taste balance enhanced by an elegant effervescence. The finish is dry, clean, with a return of white pulp fruit as well as citron and mineral notes. Its liveliness is perfect for your aperitifs, but also very well matched with DOP cured meats and perfectly combined with butter and sage ravioli.
